How good are your calls-to-action?

What is a call-to-action? A call-to-action, or CTA, is a statement intended to catch a reader's attention by inspiring them to click the statement and fill out your form. By filling your form out the reader is able to have access to useful information. CTAs need to be relevant to the content you are providing. There are several different words or phrases you can use to create hype around your CTA. Those phrases could be, Download Now!, Enter Here!, Subscribe me now! etc.

Keep the message clear and concise. If the message is to the point and readily available to the prospect, they will be more willing to fill out your form. Don't be afraid to get creative with your CTA and visuals. Keep the information from the CTA consistent with what the prospect will receive once they enter their contact information and download the content.

If you are able to properly reel in prospects and maintain customers, your business will grow much faster than you think. Landing pages are a great way to maintain interaction with customers and keep them “hooked” on your content. From a landing page you can create a drip email campaign - touching base with them every few days to remind them of an offer you are providing. Don’t flood their inbox with dozens of emails, but using a drip email campaign every now and then will let them know you still have their interests in mind.
